Part of Stephen Burks outdoor furniture collaboration with DEDON, the DALA Planter elevates an indoor and outdoor environment with its detailed weaving, texture, and overall simplicity. It is handwoven with DEDON’s ecological fiber. Available in a variety of colorways, each hue is a journey into the African Diaspora. 'Ibiza' is light and summery as the sands of its Balearic namesake, while "Rioja" blends the dark purple of Tempranillo grapes with sophisticated light accents. A trip to the Caribbean reveals 'Bahamas,' where an interplay of soft blues and natural white recall gently lapping waves. Nearby 'Cuba' is a warm and vibrant celebration of color.

Alongside working with esteemed brands such as Missoni, Burks has consistently engaged with non-profits like Artesanias de Colombia, the Clinton Global Initiative, Design Network Africa, and the Nature Conservancy, working with craftspeople in countries such as Australia, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ghana, Peru, Rwanda, and more. In his collaboration with DEDON, Burks has designed a modern and innovative outdoor furniture collection utilizing DEDON’s weatherproof synthetic fiber.
