It shows me how we both have the same needs.” In an interview with Office Hours, Hilton states, “There have been moments where a plant has outgrown my space. I would then have to make the decision on what to do with it…And a plant will never be trash, but someone’s trash is another one’s treasure. So while it is difficult to separate yourself and now no longer does or you’re having a difficult time with it, there’s always someone who will accept that living thing which can bring joy to them.”
